Sea Gull Sports Network

Give to Sea Gull Sports Network on Giving Day!

The Sea Gull Sports Network launched in January 2011 with the intent of bringing the games, teams and student-athletes of Salisbury University closer to the fans along with giving the students who work for the network valuable experience working each aspect of a game broadcast. SGSN has streamed over 140 live events annually in high definition free of charge since 2014. They have added additional camera angles, pregame shows and enhanced graphics to improve the quality of each game. SGSN also runs the new video board in Sea Gull Stadium that gives those who watch the game in-person much needed replays of game altering plays and scores just seconds after they occur. For SGSN to continue to grow and offer a better viewer experience we need your help.

Sea Gull Stadium Fund

Give to Sea Gull Stadium Fund on Giving Day!

In 1980, then Salisbury State College opened Sea Gull Stadium with two small team rooms built of concrete block, a press box on telephone poles and aluminum bleachers holding approximately 1,200 fans. This humble stadium was home to numerous national championship teams and nationally ranked teams, as well as countless conference championships with many dominating performances along the way. Thirty-six years later, Salisbury University has opened a revamped state-of-the-art stadium that will has six locker rooms, a concession stand and retail store and seating for nearly 5,000 fans.

Each year, more and more colleges and universities are building new facilities and are funding athletic programs at an alarming rate. Our programs need your support to give our coaches the tools to provide the current student-athletes a first-class experience while creating an environment that will attract the best recruits from across the country. Keep the legacy of excellence going at Salisbury University by making a gift today.

Your gift to the Sea Gull Stadium renovation project will make this a first class facility that coaches, student-athletes and fans can enjoy. Show your pride in the Maroon & Gold and make a gift today! Your gift, combined with others, will make a difference.
