Salisbury University Libraries
Be a part of the success story of SU students, faculty, and staff by investing in our Libraries. The SU Libraries provide the resources and expertise to help everyone in our community access quality resources to meet their information needs: from a wide array of print and electronic scholarly resources, to primary historical resources in the Nabb Center and University Archives, to the latest technologies in the MakerLab and expert guidance on incorporating new AI tools in academic research – the SU Libraries have what SU scholars need to succeed.
Located at the heart of the SU campus, the breathtaking Guerrieri Academic Commons inspires SU students to achieve. Our students know that in this one location they can easily consult with a research librarian, an academic tutor or writing consultant, an IT specialist or even a barista in our café for a caffeine boost to keep going. The variety of study spaces meet every student’s need – a perch with a view overlooking the 4-story atrium, a study room to collaborate with classmates, a quiet carrel or rocking chair on the 3rd floor, or the popular and bustling study-along space in “the Pit” on the first floor.
Monetary gifts of any size are welcome and will help us meet the evolving information needs of the Salisbury University community. Thank you for being a part of the SU Libraries' story.

School of Social Work
Give to School of Social Work on Giving Day!
Social Work is a profession that promotes social change, social cohesion, and the empowerment of individuals, families, groups and communities toward enhancing their individual and collective well-being. Social workers care about individuals and their problems, seeing these problems as connected to broader social issues such as discrimination, racism, poverty, unemployment, and violence. The School of Social Work began as a small undergraduate program in 1974. Since then, it has grown to include the dual-degree Sociology/Social Work program with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1990, the Master of Social Work Program in 2001, and in 2006 the development of four regional sites across the state of Maryland. In 2013 the School of Social Work joined forces with a sister institution, the University of Maryland Global Campus, to provide degrees to active and retired military members and their dependents based in Europe. In 2016 the School of Social Work established an online MSW program; in 2022, the School added an online BASW program.
The School of Social Work's most recent innovation is the adoption of two MSW specialization pathways: Clinical Social Work & Advocacy and Social Change & Leadership.
